Remove Shame & Discover Joy in Family Life, with Betty Peralta, MIT, MSc

Mon, Dec 6, 2021, 4pm-5pm PT

Removing shame from your family's interactions frees you up for joy. Learn how to forgive and support yourself and others you love.

This presentation will give you tools to change your shame response, whether that be toward yourself, child(ren), or your partner. Transform the behaviors you are not proud of and teach children more effective ways to resolve their challenges.

Learn how to:

  • support yourself better in hard moments;
  • support your loved ones better in their hard moments;
  • notice when shame appears and neutralize it with understanding and intention;
  • experience joy and connection without even trying.

Tickets are donation-based ($1+).

ALL who register will receive an email with a recording of the event.
